Affiliates Policy

Welcome to the Affiliates Program for MessengerFlow LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our Affiliates Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the MessengerFlow LLC Affiliates Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have an active MessengerFlow subscription.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

2. Commission Rate

Affiliates earn a default 20% commission on payments made by referred users. Commission rates and whether commissions recur on future payments are set per affiliate and visible in your dashboard. Commissions are calculated on the net amount of each invoice payment (after any discounts or credits).

3. Self-Referral

Self-referral is strictly prohibited. You may not use your own referral link or code to receive a commission or discount on your own purchases. Any detected self-referral activity will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate of MessengerFlow LLC, you agree to:

  • Promote our products and services in an honest, ethical, and respectful manner.
  • Only use approved marketing materials and refrain from making any misleading claims.
  • Comply with our branding guidelines when displaying our logos, images, or trademarks.
  • Keep your affiliate account information up to date, including your payout details.
  • Avoid any practices that may reflect negatively on MessengerFlow LLC.

5. Payouts

  • Payout methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or MessengerFlow account credit.
  • Minimum payout threshold: $20.
  • Payout terms: Net-30. Commissions earned in a given month will be payable 30 days after the end of that month.
  • Account credit payouts are applied instantly to your Stripe customer balance.
  • We are not responsible for issues with payout destinations (e.g., banned or restricted PayPal accounts, incorrect bank details). In such cases, you can always receive commissions as account credit.
  • We reserve the right to hold payouts if fraud or abuse is suspected.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in the following activities:

  • Self-referral (using your own link to earn commissions on your own purchases).
  • Misleading advertising or false claims about MessengerFlow LLC's products or services.
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited emails promoting MessengerFlow LLC.
  • Using paid search engine advertisements that bid on MessengerFlow LLC's trademarks or brand-related keywords.
  • Any illegal activity or violation of third-party rights.

7. Termination

MessengerFlow LLC reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliates Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include:

  • Violation of this Affiliates Policy.
  • Fraud or abuse of the affiliate system.
  • Self-referral activity.
  • Any action that damages the reputation or goodwill of MessengerFlow LLC.

Upon termination, you will no longer be entitled to earn commissions from future referrals. Commissions accrued before termination will still be paid out according to the payment schedule, unless the termination was due to fraud or policy violation.

8. Modifications

MessengerFlow LLC may update this Affiliates Policy from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or through their affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after any changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

MessengerFlow LLC will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Affiliates Program, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

This Affiliates Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By joining the MessengerFlow LLC Affiliates Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this policy.
