Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of MessengerFlow and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Website or 100 USD if you haven't purchased anything through the Website.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent MessengerFlow from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
8. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

MessengerFlow reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing the use of this Website.
10. Assignment
MessengerFlow is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between MessengerFlow and you in relation to your use of this Website, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States for the resolution of any disputes.
13. Service Availability and Downtime
a. While MessengerFlow strives to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, you acknowledge that the nature of the software and our dependency on third-party platforms may result in occasional and unforeseen service interruptions, maintenance periods, or downtime. We cannot guarantee that the Website or services will always be available, error-free, or operate without delays.
b. MessengerFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements.
c. You agree that MessengerFlow shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from any service interruptions, technical difficulties, or downtime, whether due to internal factors or issues arising from external third-party platforms.
d. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any scheduled maintenance or expected downtime, but we cannot guarantee such notice for all instances of unplanned disruptions.
14. User Responsibility and Liability
a. Users are solely responsible for their actions and operations performed through MessengerFlow's services. You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Facebook.
b. MessengerFlow shall not be held liable for any unlawful activities, violations of third-party terms of service, or misuse of the platform that may arise from your use of our services, including but not limited to spamming, data harvesting, or other prohibited activities.
c. MessengerFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or third-party platform policies, without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any fees or payments made.
d. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold MessengerFlow harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or legal actions that may result from your improper, illegal, or unauthorized use of the platform.
15. Account Safety and External Platform Suspension
a. While MessengerFlow employs robust security practices to safeguard your data and account information, we do not guarantee the safety or continued operation of your external platform accounts.
b. You acknowledge that using our services may involve interaction with third-party platforms, which operate under their own terms, policies, and security measures. MessengerFlow is not responsible for any account suspensions, restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party platforms, resulting from your use of our services.
c. By using our platform, you agree that MessengerFlow shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from the suspension, restriction, or closure of your accounts on external platforms.
16. MessengerFlow Account Safety
a. MessengerFlow takes user account safety seriously and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and account data. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent nature of online services.
b. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their password, and for all activities that occur under their account. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and taking appropriate precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
c. You agree to notify MessengerFlow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. MessengerFlow shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
d. In the event of a security incident affecting your MessengerFlow account, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict account access as necessary to protect your data and the integrity of our platform.
17. Service Interruptions and Changes
a. MessengerFlow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice.
b. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from service interruptions, changes, or discontinuation. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any significant changes or planned maintenance, but unplanned interruptions may still occur.
18. Trial Abuse Prevention
Users are entitled to one free trial per account. Creating multiple accounts or exploiting any system errors to obtain multiple free trials is strictly prohibited. MessengerFlow reserves the right to retroactively charge for unauthorized usage beyond the initial trial period or suspend accounts involved in such abuse.
19. Add-On Services and Third-Party Resources
a. MessengerFlow may offer optional add-on services, including but not limited to proxy servers, that are procured from third-party providers and resold through the platform ("Add-On Services"). These services are subject to the same Terms unless otherwise specified in this section.
b. Add-On Services are provisioned immediately upon successful payment and are tied to your MessengerFlow account. They are non-transferable and may not be shared, resold, or used outside of the MessengerFlow platform.
c. You acknowledge that Add-On Services rely on third-party infrastructure and that MessengerFlow does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific performance levels, or compatibility with every use case. MessengerFlow will make reasonable efforts to replace or resolve defective Add-On Services but is not liable for third-party provider outages or performance degradation.
d. Credentials, endpoints, and configuration details associated with Add-On Services are the property of MessengerFlow and must not be extracted, shared, or used independently of the platform. Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate service termination without refund.
e. MessengerFlow reserves the right to modify pricing, availability, or providers of Add-On Services at any time. Active subscriptions to Add-On Services will be honored for the remainder of their current billing period.
f. By purchasing Add-On Services, you expressly agree that these services are non-refundable once provisioned, as described in our Refund Policy. You acknowledge that MessengerFlow incurs irrecoverable costs from its upstream providers upon provisioning.
