Nexus
Learn how to use the Nexus account warming pool to build authentic activity patterns.
Nexus Account Warming
Nexus is an automated account warming pool that builds authentic activity patterns on your Facebook accounts before you start outreach campaigns. Warmed accounts have lower ban rates and better deliverability.
Why Use Nexus
- Reduced Ban Risk - Accounts with authentic activity are less likely to be flagged
- Higher Deliverability - Messages from active accounts reach inboxes more reliably
- Automated Activity - No manual work required to build account history
- Niche-Relevant Content - AI-generated posts match your account's purpose
How Nexus Works
When you enroll an account in the Nexus pool, it automatically performs these activities:
- Feed Scrolling - Performs realistic browsing and navigation patterns
- Feed Liking - Likes and reacts to posts while scrolling, with configurable rate and emotion range
- Post Generation - Creates niche-relevant posts using AI
- Pool Engagement - Reacts to and comments on other pool members' posts
- Conversations - Exchanges natural messages with other accounts in the pool
Feed scrolling and liking run immediately after enrollment. Post creation, pool engagement, and conversations start once the pool reaches the minimum size.
Activity Controls
Each enrolled account has granular per-account controls that you configure during enrollment and can edit at any time:
| Control | Description |
|---|---|
| Feed Scrolling | Browse the Facebook feed naturally |
| Feed Liking | Like posts encountered while scrolling (requires scrolling to be enabled) |
| Like Rate | How often to like visible posts (0-100%) |
| Emotion | Balance between simple likes and expressive reactions like Love, Care, Haha, Wow, Sad, Angry (0-100%) |
| Create Posts | Generate and publish niche-relevant AI posts |
| React to Pool Posts | React to posts from other pool members |
| Comment on Pool Posts | Comment on posts from other pool members |
| Conversations | Exchange messages with other pool accounts |
To edit these controls after enrollment, click the gear icon on an enrolled account to open the settings panel.
Enrolling Accounts
Navigate to Nexus from the sidebar to enroll accounts.
Requirements
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Niche Description | Minimum 20 characters describing the account's niche or industry |
| Account Status | Must be active (green status) |
| Subscription | Any active subscription (Ignition, Momentum, or Apex) |
Niche Descriptions
The niche description guides AI-generated content. A good description is:
Specific - "Real estate agent focusing on luxury condos in Miami" not "business person"
Industry-Focused - "SaaS sales for HR tech companies" not "sales"
Target-Aware - "Fitness coach for busy professionals over 40" not "fitness coach"
Context-Rich - "Wedding photographer specializing in outdoor ceremonies" not "photographer"
The system uses this description to generate posts, comments, and messages that match your account's purpose.

Managing Enrolled Accounts
Nexus Dashboard
Navigate to Nexus to see:
- Stats - Posts Today, Engagements Today, Active Chats, Messages Exchanged
- Pool Progress - Progress bar showing how close the pool is to activation (150 accounts)
- Recent Activity - Feed of recent Nexus actions across your accounts
- Enrolled Accounts - List of your enrolled accounts with status and controls
Pausing and Resuming
Each enrolled account has a toggle switch in the list. Turn the switch off to pause all warming activity, and turn it back on to resume. Paused accounts remain enrolled but won't generate or engage with content.
Editing Settings
Click the gear icon on an enrolled account to open the settings panel where you can update the niche description and activity controls.
Removing from Pool
To remove an individual account:
- Click the gear icon on the enrolled account
- Click Remove from Nexus at the bottom of the settings panel
To remove multiple accounts:
- Select enrolled accounts using checkboxes
- Click the Remove N button that appears
- Confirm the removal
This stops all warming activity. You can re-enroll later if needed.
Pool Activation
The Nexus pool requires a minimum of 150 enrolled, active accounts to run at full capacity. Until the pool reaches this threshold:
- Feed scrolling and feed liking run immediately for all enrolled accounts
- Post creation, pool reactions, comments, and conversations are paused until the pool is ready
The Nexus page displays a progress bar showing how close the pool is to activation. Continue enrolling accounts until the pool activates.
Conversations
Nexus conversations are automated message exchanges between accounts in the pool. Each conversation is capped at 10 messages, and each account can have up to 3 active conversations at a time.
Nexus conversations are excluded from your MessengerFlow inbox to keep your outreach conversations separate.
Warming Duration
Recommended warming periods before starting campaigns:
| Account Age | Warming Duration |
|---|---|
| Fresh (under 3 months) | 2-4 weeks |
| Moderate (3-12 months) | 1-2 weeks |
| Aged (over 1 year) | 3-7 days |
These are guidelines. Monitor account status and adjust based on results.
Best Practices
- Enroll accounts immediately after adding them to MessengerFlow
- Keep niche descriptions consistent with your campaign targets
- Leave accounts in the pool for at least the recommended duration
- Don't pause accounts frequently — consistent activity is more natural
- Monitor account status for any issues during warming
Troubleshooting
Account Shows Error After Enrollment
- Verify the account has an active (green) status
- Check that the account credentials and proxy are working
- Remove from pool, fix the issue, then re-enroll
Pool Not Activating
- The pool needs at least 150 enrolled, active accounts
- Check that enrolled accounts are not paused (toggle should be on)
- Verify your subscription is active
Activity Not Showing on Facebook
Nexus activity is designed to be subtle and natural. You may not see all posts and comments immediately. The system spreads activity over time to avoid detection patterns.
