Campaign Progress

Status Breakdown

Progress Calculation

Progress = (Sent + Failed) / Total × 100

A campaign reaches 100% when all leads have been processed.

Campaign States

Active

Campaign is running:

  • Sending during active hours
  • Respecting daily limits
  • Processing pending leads

Paused

Campaign is temporarily stopped:

  • No messages being sent
  • Progress preserved
  • Can be resumed anytime

Finished

Campaign is complete:

  • All leads processed
  • No more messages to send
  • Results finalized

Performance Indicators

Delivery Success

Track how many messages are delivered:

  • High success (>95%) - Healthy accounts, valid leads
  • Moderate success (80-95%) - Some issues to investigate
  • Low success (<80%) - Account or lead quality issues

Account Performance

Each account tracks:

  • Total messages sent (lifetime)
  • Messages sent in last 30 days
  • Success rate percentage
