Proper setup is critical for successful Messenger outreach. This section covers everything you need to configure before running campaigns.
Setup Checklist
Complete these steps in order:
- Add Accounts - Connect your Facebook accounts with proper credentials
- Configure 2FA - Set up two-factor authentication secrets
- Review Best Practices - Understand safety guidelines
On paid plans, proxies are managed for you — a dedicated residential IP is assigned to each account automatically, nothing to set up. On the free trial (or if you prefer to bring your own), add a proxy before the account — see Proxies.
Required Components
Proxies
Each account runs through a dedicated residential proxy. On paid plans this is managed for you — provisioned and maintained automatically, nothing to configure. On the free trial, or if you'd rather bring your own:
- Use residential proxies (not datacenter)
- One proxy per account
- Match proxy location to the account's typical location

Facebook Accounts
You need properly prepared Facebook accounts:
- Aged accounts perform better than new ones
- 2FA must be enabled
- Language set to English (US)
- Region set to United States

Live Sessions
Built-in browser access for any account, directly from your dashboard:
- Uses the account's proxy and cookies automatically
- Resolve login issues, captchas, and verifications in-browser
- No external tools required
