Unibox
Unibox is MessengerFlow's unified inbox that consolidates conversations from all your Facebook accounts into one view.
Overview
Without Unibox, managing replies means:
- Logging into each Facebook account separately
- Checking each inbox individually
- Losing track of conversations
Unibox solves this by:
- Showing all conversations in one place
- Tracking which leads have replied
- Enabling responses without switching accounts
- Sending text, images, and voice messages directly
Conversation List
The main Unibox view shows:
- Lead name with unread indicator
- Preview of the last message (with icons for voice messages, images, and shared links)
- Time of last activity
- Tags (up to 2 visible, overflow count shown)
Sorting
Conversations are sorted by most recent activity, with pinned conversations always at the top.
Filtering
Filter conversations by:
- Read/unread status
- Response status
- Banned account visibility
Search
Search conversations by lead name or tag using the search bar at the top of the list.
Conversation Properties
Each conversation has:

|---|---|
| Recipient | Lead's name and Facebook ID |
| Account | Which account the conversation is with |
| Read | Whether you've viewed the conversation |
| Responded | Whether you've replied |
| Waiting | Awaiting lead's response |
| Booked | Marked as converted/booked |
| Tags | Custom labels (up to 5) |
| Pinned | Pinned to top of list |
Key Features
Unread Count
The header shows a contextual subtitle — either the unread count or total conversations.
Message Grouping
Consecutive messages from the same sender are visually grouped with tighter spacing and connected bubble shapes, making conversations easier to scan.
Delivery Status
Sent messages show check mark icons indicating their status:
- Single check — pending delivery
- Double check — delivered
- Blue double check — read by the lead
Conversation Actions
From the conversation list or thread header:
- Mark as read/unread
- Pin/unpin
- Add tags (collapsible in thread view)
- Bookmark as booked
- Delete conversation
- Open in Messenger

- Monitor - Check Unibox regularly for new replies
- Respond - Reply to leads directly from the interface
- Tag - Organize with custom tags
- Book - Mark successful conversions
- Archive - Delete completed conversations
