Messages Not Sending

Campaign active but no messages going out.

Check List

  1. Campaign Status - Is it paused?
  2. Active Hours - Is current time within active hours?
  3. Timezone - Is timezone set correctly?
  4. Active Days - Is today an active day?
  5. Account Status - Are accounts in healthy state?
  6. Daily Limits - Have limits been reached?

Solutions

  • Unpause campaign if paused
  • Wait for active hours
  • Adjust timezone if incorrect
  • Fix account issues
  • Wait for next day if limits reached

Low Delivery Rate

Messages sending but many failing.

Causes

Solutions

Lead Quality:

  • Refresh lead collection
  • Use more recent data
  • Verify lead sources

  • Reduce links in messages
  • Vary message content

Campaign Stuck

Progress not advancing.

Causes

  • All accounts in error state
  • Rate limits on all accounts
  • Technical issue

Solutions

  1. Check all assigned accounts
  2. Fix any account issues
  3. Wait for rate limits to clear
  4. Contact support if persists

Wrong Message Sent

Leads receiving incorrect message.

Causes

  • Message updated after sends started
  • Spintax error
  • Variable issue

Solutions

  1. Pause campaign immediately
  2. Review message content
  3. Fix any errors
  4. Resume campaign

Note: Already-sent messages cannot be recalled.

Duplicate Messages

Same lead receiving message multiple times.

Causes

  • Lead in multiple collections
  • Same collection used in multiple campaigns
  • Technical glitch

Solutions

  1. Check if lead is in multiple active campaigns
  2. Use different collections for different campaigns
  3. Contact support if system error

Follow-ups Not Sending

Configured follow-ups not going out.

  1. Follow-up Configuration - Is it set up correctly?
  2. Time Delay - Has enough time passed?
  3. Trigger Condition - Does the condition match?
  4. Account Status - Is the account healthy?

  • Verify follow-up settings
  • Check timing (hours since original send)
  • Ensure trigger condition matches scenario
  • Fix account issues

Campaign Won't Create

Unable to save new campaign.

Causes

  • Validation errors
  • Missing required fields
  • Subscription limit reached

  • Fill all required fields
  • Fix validation errors shown
  • Check subscription limits
  • Upgrade plan if at limit

Ramp-up Not Working

Campaign sending at full volume despite ramp-up.

Causes

  • Ramp-up type set to "Disabled"
  • Ramp-up period completed
  • Configuration error

  1. Verify ramp-up type is set correctly
  2. Check ramp-up settings
  3. Review increment values
  4. Re-create campaign if needed

Performance Degradation
