Managing Subscriptions

Control your MessengerFlow subscription from the billing settings.

Subscription Status

Your subscription can be in these states:

Plans

MessengerFlow offers three tiers:

All plans include: page scraping, CSV export, follow-ups, incremental ramp-up, live sessions, unibox, dashboard, friend requests, and referrals. Yearly billing saves 20%.

Viewing Subscription

  1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
  2. View current plan and status
  3. See:
    • Plan name
    • Billing cycle
    • Next billing date
    • Current period dates

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade to access more features:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select higher tier
  4. Complete payment
  5. New limits apply immediately

Billing adjustment: You're charged prorated amount for upgrade.

Downgrading Your Plan

Switch to a lower tier:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower tier
  4. Confirm change

Note: Downgrade takes effect at end of current period. Current plan remains active until then.

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Access continues until period ends
  • No further charges
  • Data retained for 30 days

Resuming a Canceled Subscription

If you've canceled but period hasn't ended:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Resume Subscription
  3. Cancellation is reversed

Billing Issues

Past Due Status

When payment fails:

  1. Update payment method
  2. System retries automatically
  3. Or manually retry payment

Suspended Account

Prolonged payment issues may suspend access:

  • Update payment information
  • Contact support if needed
  • Access restored after payment

Billing Portal

Access Stripe's billing portal for:

  • Invoice history
  • Payment method management
  • Billing address updates
  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Billing Portal
  3. Manage through Stripe interface

Trial to Paid

When trial ends:

  • Subscription converts automatically
  • First charge processes
  • No interruption in service

To avoid charges, cancel before trial ends.
