Lead Management
Leads are the recipients of your outreach campaigns. MessengerFlow provides multiple ways to build and manage lead collections.
Collection Types
Page Collections
Scrape leads from Facebook pages based on search criteria:
- Keywords to target
- Geographic locations
- Exclusion keywords
Best for finding leads interested in specific topics.
Group Collections
Extract members from Facebook groups:
- Specify the group ID
- Filter by country (AI features required)
- Set maximum lead count
Best for targeted community outreach.
Import Collections
Upload your own lead data:
- CSV file format
- Manual entry
- Bulk import up to 100,000 leads
Best for using existing lead lists.
Collection Properties
All collections share these properties:

|---|---|
| Name | Collection identifier (1-64 characters) |
| Lead Count | Number of leads in collection |
| Progress | Scraping progress (0-100%) |
| Uses | Number of campaigns using this collection |
| Created At | When the collection was created |
Managing Collections
Viewing Collections
Navigate to Leads to see all your collections with:
- Collection type indicators
- Lead counts
- Progress status
- Quick actions
Editing Collections
Click a collection to:
- View collection details
- See individual leads
- Export lead data
- Delete the collection
Exporting Leads
Export leads for backup or external use:
- Open the collection
- Click Export
- Download in CSV format
Subscription Limits
Your plan determines:
- Max Imports - How many import collections you can create
- AI Features - Whether country filtering is available for groups
Check Settings > Billing for your current limits.
