Booking Leads

Learn how to track conversions by marking leads as booked.

Booking Leads

Track your successful conversions by marking conversations as "booked" in Unibox.

What is Booking

Booking marks a conversation as converted. Use it when:

  • Lead schedules a call or meeting
  • Lead makes a purchase
  • Lead commits to next steps
  • Any conversion goal is achieved

How to Book a Lead

  1. Open the conversation in Unibox
  2. Click the bookmark icon in the conversation header (it fills in when active)
  3. Conversation is timestamped with booking date

Booked conversations show a filled bookmark icon and display "Booked" as the status in the header. In the conversation list, booked items have a subtle highlight.
