Nexus Account Warming

Nexus is an automated account warming pool that builds authentic activity patterns on your Facebook accounts before you start outreach campaigns. Warmed accounts have lower ban rates and better deliverability.

How Nexus Works

When you enroll an account in the Nexus pool, it automatically performs these activities:

  • Post Generation - Creates niche-relevant posts using AI
  • Social Engagement - Likes, reacts, and comments on other pool members' posts
  • Messenger Activity - Exchanges natural messages with other accounts
  • Browsing Behavior - Performs realistic scrolling and navigation patterns

All activity is automated and runs in the background. The pool becomes active once enough accounts are enrolled.

Enrolling Accounts

Navigate to Nexus from the sidebar to enroll accounts.

Niche Descriptions

The niche description guides AI-generated content. A good description is:

Specific - "Real estate agent focusing on luxury condos in Miami" not "business person"

Industry-Focused - "SaaS sales for HR tech companies" not "sales"

Target-Aware - "Fitness coach for busy professionals over 40" not "fitness coach"

Context-Rich - "Wedding photographer specializing in outdoor ceremonies" not "photographer"

The system uses this description to generate posts, comments, and messages that match your account's purpose.

Enrolling Individual Accounts

  1. Navigate to Accounts
  2. Click the menu (three dots) next to the account
  3. Select Enroll in Nexus
  4. Enter the niche description
  5. Click Enroll

Bulk Enrollment

  1. Navigate to Accounts
  2. Select multiple accounts using checkboxes
  3. Click Bulk Actions and select Enroll in Nexus
  4. Enter the same niche description for all selected accounts
  5. Click Enroll

Managing Enrolled Accounts

Viewing Pool Status

Navigate to Nexus to see:

  • Total enrolled accounts
  • Active warming accounts
  • Pool progress metrics
  • Individual account status

Pausing an Account

Pause removes the account from active warming but keeps it enrolled:

  1. Navigate to Nexus
  2. Find the account in the list
  3. Click Pause

Paused accounts will not generate or engage with content until resumed.

Resuming a Paused Account

  1. Navigate to Nexus
  2. Find the paused account
  3. Click Resume

Removing from Pool

To completely remove an account from Nexus:

  1. Navigate to Nexus
  2. Find the account in the list
  3. Click Remove

This stops all warming activity permanently. You can re-enroll later if needed.

Pool Activation

The Nexus pool requires a minimum number of accounts to become active. This ensures:

  • Enough accounts to interact naturally
  • Diverse content generation
  • Realistic engagement patterns

You'll see a notice if the pool doesn't have enough accounts yet. Continue enrolling accounts until the pool activates.

Warming Duration

Recommended warming periods before starting campaigns:

These are guidelines. Monitor account status and adjust based on results.

Best Practices

  • Enroll accounts immediately after adding them to MessengerFlow
  • Keep niche descriptions consistent with your campaign targets
  • Leave accounts in the pool for at least the recommended duration
  • Don't pause accounts frequently — consistent activity is more natural
  • Monitor account status for any issues during warming

Troubleshooting

Account Shows Error After Enrollment

  • Verify the account has an active (green) status
  • Check that the account credentials and proxy are working
  • Remove from pool, fix the issue, then re-enroll

Pool Not Activating

  • Ensure you have the minimum required number of enrolled accounts
  • Check that enrolled accounts are active, not paused
  • Verify your subscription includes AI features (Momentum or higher)

Activity Not Showing on Facebook

Nexus activity is designed to be subtle and natural. You may not see all posts and comments immediately. The system spreads activity over time to avoid detection patterns.
